Outstanding Creative And Realistic Sculptures – Mark Newman

“Mark Newman, a true artist; a man who can go from the ol’ traditional sculpture school to the grotesque and fantastic style in just a blink of an eye… just look how his works look like they were alive!…a master, an imspiration…”

Creative And Realistic Sculptures

Kind a creepy and scary sculptures by outstanding artist Mark Newman. He really knows how to use his imagination. Some of them are very creative and cool and i would like to visit one of his galleries. There is some of the famous movie characters in his archive of sculptures. I think that you gonna love them, so last word: “Enjoy!”.

Sculpture’s size: I’ve worked in all sizes but I prefer around 1/6 to 1/2 life size.
Influences: There are so many… Gian Lorenzo Bernini, Michelangelo, Alphonse Mucha. Then there’s Frank Frazetta, Alan Lee, Thomas Blackshear, Tony McVey, Randy Bowen, Richard Macdonald ….
Companies: Activision, Electronic Arts, Terry Smith Creations, Playmate toys. and privet commissions such as Stanford University.
Expectations: To always do the best work I possibly can. To inspire others. Try to always enjoy what I’m working on. To achieve more of a presence in the “fine art / gallery” arena.
Advice to new sculptors or amateurs sculptors: Like everyone else says … Practice a lot. Draw a lot. Observe Form, it’s all around you. Study people and their faces where ever you are … without getting into trouble. Surf the net for other artist work. It’s very inspiring
